Phnom Penh (MGO) – The Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the three days of Pchum Ben holiday will not change, but the people  must strictly implement the measures taken by the Ministry of Health to protect themselves, their families and their communities from the transmission of Covid 19 virus.

 

Special message to compatriots regarding the condition of Covid-19 disease at pagodas on the occasion of Kan Ben in recent days, the Prime Minister Hun Sen emphasized that Just two days of Kan Ben in many pagodas found outbreak of Covid 19 disease.

 

Samdech confirmed that on behalf of the leader Samdech can not let the lives of the people affected. Samdech continued that all these issues are serious challenges, dangerous for the nation and religion. Therefore, must take the necessary measures, and it may also conflict with the thinking of some people who do not understand the so-called measures to protect lives, prevent with the spread of this deadly disease.

 

However, Samdech allowed a three-day break on the occasion of Pchum Ben so that all citizens and government officials could walk freely at some natural resorts throughout the country, but strict measures must be taken by the Ministry of Health to protect themselves, their families and communities from the transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
